SUDNOW METHOD (for piano)

• Burned 385 calories on my exercise bike for 1/2 hour. I ride the bike very early in the morning and it makes too much noise. My son texted me while I was riding it that he was losing sleep hearing that bike. I asked a handy man friend to come over and take a look to see if he can fix it.
• Tempted yet again to go into The Sudnow Method (for piano). I remember it being fun.... the downside for me was memorization....really really thinking about going for it again. But maybe taking a humbler approach this time. By "humbler" I mean doing it the Sudnow way and not trying to find shortcuts. But funny, my mind went to a shortcut already.
