The Sudnow Method

• Lost 45 pounds since Jan. 5. No exercise bike today, but did some weight stuff and knee bends.
• Played MISTY and worked on AS TIME GOES BY utilizing Sudnow's course.
• I think I sell myself short by going too quickly to negative forecasts of what I'll be able to do on the piano in the future.
• Listening to Sudnow's course.
