Monday

• Burned 359 calories on exercise bike in 1/2 hour. Gained 1.2 pounds this week.
• Didn't practice guitar too much today but I do feel like I accomplished something important: taking it slow,I really worked on Pattern 2 in the Sulver book.
• Again, I want to sing the praises of that Silver book. Just ingraining those patterns is key. Work on ingraining the patterns rather than work on looking for another method!
