Sudnow

• Burned 364 calories on the exercise bike today. Almost didn't exercise today, but did it! Now to get back to the diet.
• DIET UPDATE: It's 12:36 PM; so far, so good with diet.
• Gradually getting back into the piano. Organized my piano area with my CDs of piano players and instructional material. Forgot I have some cool piano CDs!
• Continued to work on "Misty," and consistent with what is expected, I'll begin work on "As Time Goes By" soon. Went over some major scale stuff.
